So as well as the most powerful engine in the class, a low center of gravity and safety features like ABS, the Like 150 S adds a more streamlined dash, slimmer headlight, new pillion grabrail, new front vent, and new muffler, while black is now the dominant trim compared to chrome and silver.

FEATURES

ENGINE

The Like 150 S is powered by KYMCO’s 150cc, 9.9KW, 4-valve EFI engine, making it the most powerful scooter in its class. The 150cc EFI engine provides a smooth and linear output throughout its powerband.

QUIET RIDE

KYMCO has developed several advanced engine mechanisms in the new model to reduce the operational noise for a more comfortable and quieter ride. High rigidity camshaft holder minimizes the friction sound from valves – Better cam shaft-balance optimizes performance efficiency – Use of helical gear in the transmission reduces gear running sound – A bearing tensioner design reduces possible cranking noise at high rpm – Intake confined within resonance compartment reduces low-frequency noise.

BALANCE & COMFORT

The Like 150 S utilizes an exclusive S.S.C. horizontal engine support frame to help balance the weight transfer between the engine and the frame. It further prevents the lifting effect during acceleration and significantly improves the comfort of the Like’s ride. The fuel tank of the KYMCO Like is positioned way down in the front for the scooter and under the floor to lower the center of gravity for better rider balance. The Like is equipped with a front bi-beam frame design that increases the torsion resistance and provides further stability and comfort.

LED LIGHTING

The KYMCO LIKE comes with a complete set of LED lights, adding a distinctive charm to its modern design. The benefits are increased brightness and less energy consumption than your traditional bulbs. The front headlight beam has an extra-wide coverage that ensures excellent visibility at night.

STORAGE

The under-seat storage compartment is large enough for an open-face helmet and accessories. In addition, a handy glovebox compartment is at the front with a USB charge port for on-the-go charging.

SUSPENSION

Traditional telescopic fork at the front with max travel of 95mm for extra comfort, at the rear a dual 3-stage shock absorber with preload adjustment and max travel of 86mm ensures a safe and superior ride, even with two up. Further enhancements have been made with high rigidity lightweight aluminum rims designed to improve the scooter’s handling.

BOSCH ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM (ABS)

Bosch ABS is the most reliable and fastest-acting emergency braking system on the market. The dual-channel ABS system works on both front and rear hydraulic disc brakes to shorten the total braking distance.

DISC BRAKES

The Like 150 S features both front and rear hydraulic disc brakes to deliver smooth and controllable stopping power.
